Return Policy

  • No return without an invoice
  • No Return after 30 days from date of purchase
  • Items to be in the original packaging and in original condition
  • On non- stock items no returns or refunds allowed except where our supplier allow returns and their restock fee will apply
  • 30% charge on all returnable non-stock items
  • no returns on non-stock stair parts
  • Returns can only be made by the original purchaser in the original payment method
  • No returns on finished goods

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business Days are Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the following business day

You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped

Special orders are charged at the time the order is placed and are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.
